Once your order is placed, it quickly enters processing to ensure prompt delivery. This means we’re unable to cancel, change the shipping address, or update the phone number once processing begins.

Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt delivery on three separate occasions. If you remain unavailable, the courier will contact you via WhatsApp or telephone to arrange a rescheduled delivery. If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your package will be returned to our facility, and a refund will be issued accordingly.
